  • For in-stock and standard collection items, full payment is required at checkout before the order is processed and dispatched.
  • For custom-made and made-to-measure orders, a deposit is required after design approval to begin production, with the remaining balance due in full before dispatch.
  • Payments are securely processed through Stripe and, where applicable, other authorized third-party payment providers. Artisan Leather Wear LLC does not collect or store your complete payment card information.
  • Depending on the product type, certain orders may require payment through a secure payment link provided by our customer support team.
  • If a pricing or technical error occurs, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order placed at an incorrect price. If payment has already been received, a full refund will be issued.

An order confirmation email acknowledges that we have received your order request. It does not constitute acceptance of your order.

An order is deemed accepted only after payment has been successfully received and verified, and Artisan Leather Wear LLC has confirmed the order for processing.

  • Artisan Leather Wear LLC is a Wyoming, USA company. Our products are manufactured and shipped from our production facility in Karachi, Pakistan.
  • Production times vary depending on the product ordered.
  • Delivery estimates are provided in good faith and are not guaranteed, as shipping times may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, weather conditions, and other factors beyond our control.
  • Artisan Leather Wear LLC is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities, courier services, severe weather, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
  • We work with trusted logistics partners who select the most suitable courier for each destination.
  • We strive to prepay applicable customs duties whenever possible. However, customers may occasionally be required to pay customs duties, taxes, VAT, or other import charges imposed by their local authorities.

  • Eligible non-custom products may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery, subject to our return conditions.
  • Sale items, gift cards, personalized products, and custom-made or made-to-measure products are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges except where required by law or if the item is incorrect, damaged, or defective upon delivery.
  • Customers must obtain return authorization before sending any item back.

7. Chargebacks

Customers agree to contact Artisan Leather Wear LLC before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute so we have an opportunity to resolve the issue. 8. Custom Orders

By submitting measurements and approving a custom order, you confirm that all measurements and customization details provided are accurate.

Custom-made products are manufactured specifically for you and cannot be modified, cancelled, or refunded once production has begun.

We may share photographs of your completed custom product before dispatch for approval of the design and craftsmanship.
