Yes. Every jacket is handcrafted to match the design, leather type and colour shown on the product page. Because each piece is made to order from natural full-grain leather, slight variations in grain and tone are completely normal and are part of what makes genuine leather unique.
A confirmation email with your full order details and receipt is sent to the email address you used at checkout as soon as your order is placed. If you created an account, you can also view every order any time from your My Account area under Orders. Can't find it? Email [email protected] and we'll resend it.
We offer a 30-day return window from the day your jacket arrives. If it isn't right, email [email protected] with your order number and we'll guide you through a return or exchange. Items must be unworn and in their original condition with tags attached. See our Refund and Returns Policy for full details.
Almost every style is made to order, so most jackets are available year-round. If a particular style or size shows as unavailable, just email us at [email protected] and we can usually craft it for you or let you know when it will be back.
We ship worldwide for free. Each jacket is made to order with a 7-14 day crafting time, then dispatched with tracking straight to your door. Delivery times vary by destination, and you'll receive a tracking link as soon as your order ships.
